Here at Estill Development Alliance, our mission is to improve the quality of life for the citizens of Estill County, Kentucky, through conducting, promoting, and supporting civic, cultural, economic, educational and social activities and programs which maximize citizen and community involvement.

In other words, we're here to help you in any way we can! Explore our website for updates on community events, tips for entrepreneurs, and any services you might need in Estill County. Our website is always being worked on to keep it as updated as possible, but this is a never-ending process.  The Chamber strives to improve the quality of life for  Estill County by positively affecting the business climate, encouraging entrepreneurship, spurring business growth, and acting as a liaison between the business community and the people of Estill County.

Estill Action Group

The Actioneers focus on doing good in the community in many different ways. From pursuing Twin City Trail Town certification, to hosting hikes or paddles, to live streaming local events, EAG wants to highlight the bright spots in our community.

Leadership LEAP

Leadership LEAP is a regional leadership program serving Estill, Jackson, Lee, Owsley, Powell, and Wolfe Counties in Eastern Kentucky.
 Topics cover economic development, healthcare, tourism, law enforcement/drug abuse prevention, education, government, leadership skills and team building.

 River City Players

River City Players strives to encourage cultural awareness through theatrical and dramatic expression.  RCP is also active in efforts to revitalize our community’s economy through developing Art and Cultural Tourism and revitalizing the Mack Theater through the "Save the Mack" initiative.
