Estill County College of ArmsThe Estill County College of Arms is a fun way for Estill Countians to honor themselves and each other, while also supporting the programs and projects of Estill Development Alliance. There are no real royal titles in the United States, but we at EDA felt it was high time we, as Estill Countians, were given the opportunity to act more regally. By making contributions to EDA of varying amounts, you will be granted royal titles by the College of Arms. With each increasing level of distinction, you will be granted different rights and privileges associated with your particular title. Again, this is all in fun, and we await your commands, noble Lords and Ladies!

Knights and Ladies
Tier 3: Manors: You may claim any street or road in Estill County as your dominion.
Minimum of $25.00 per year contribution. You receive: Full Voting Membership in Estill Development Alliance Eligible to serve on EDA Board of Directors Receive all EDA email communications Listing on the College of Arms Hall of Nobility |

Frequently Asked Questions
- Are there a limited number of titles? Yes! This is an exclusive club. There can be an unlimited number of Knights and Ladies for any particular road/street, but beginning at Baron/Baroness, only 1 person may hold a particular title for any dominion. To illustrate, there may be Sir John Smith of River Drive, Lady Ann McKinney of River Drive, and Sir Bob Rogers of River Drive, all simultaneously, but there can only be one Baron or Baroness of River Drive at any given time.
- How long will my title last? Your title will officially last 1 year from the day it is granted (which is the day your contribution is made). You will receive first right of refusal to renew your title for the next year.
- Help! Someone has the title I want! Oh, no! Unfortunately, this is first come, first served. You are welcome to move up to a higher level of Title or choose another dominion to call your own. Otherwise, you can let us know, and we will try our best to notify you if the Title you want becomes available.
- Are my contributions tax-deductible? Estill County 21st Century, Inc. is a 501(c)(3) charity, as ruled by the IRS. All contributions are tax deductible to the extent the law allows; however, the real value of any "extras" you receive through the College of Arms (called premiums in the charity world) should be subtracted from what you are permitted by law to deduct. You are welcome to decline any premiums to ensure full tax deductibility if you so choose. Please consult your tax professional.
- Can I bestow my granted title on someone else? YES! If you would like to use your contribution as a gift to have the title bestowed on someone else, you are more than welcome. In fact, we encourage it! What do you get for the person who is impossible to shop for? Make them a royal! All we ask is that you make that declaration at the time of your contribution. Once a title has been bestowed on an individual, it will stay with them for the entire year and cannot be changed until that year is up.
