If you received damage to your home or business during the flood please fill out the damage assessment form. We are getting ready to begin damage assessments. If you are starting clean-up document everything with pictures/video and keep all receipts used for clean-up.

Relief Fundraising Effort

Helping Hands Outreach, Inc. is accepting donations for flood relief in Estill County. You can make your tax-deductible donation through Paypal here or by clicking the button below. You may also make a direct donation at any Citizens Guaranty Bank location and tell them it is for Estill County Flood Relief.

Our partners at Kentucky Steam Heritage Corporation are hosting a fundraising effort in which 100% of funds received by KSHCO will go to help with clean up and relief efforts. They will be working directly with Estill County Emergency Management, as well as Helping Hands Outreach, in this endeavor. You can make your tax-deductible donation to support Estill County here.

Small Business Grants

A partnership comprised of the Appalachian Impact Fund, Foundation for Appalachian Kentucky, Blue Grass Community Foundation, Invest 606, Community and Economic Development Initiative of Kentucky, and Appalachia Rises are soliciting applications from businesses to the Appalachian Kentucky Local Business Flood Relief Fund.  Application available at https://cedik.ca.uky.edu/flood-relief-fund

Eligible for-profit businesses are invited to apply for up to $5,000 in grant funds to support operations that have been impacted by the devastating flood that took place across Eastern Kentucky on March 1st.

Applications will be reviewed weekly beginning on Friday, March 26th. Grants will be made on a rolling basis, once a week, until all funds are exhausted. You will be notified about your application's status on a weekly basis. For questions unrelated to the status of your application, please email AppKYFlood@gmail.com.

Mountain Association is now offering flood relief loans to businesses and non-profits in official disaster areas or those that can demonstrate impacts from the floods. https://mtassociation.org/lending/flood-relief/
