Mack Updates

Here is a great piece that was done by Kentucky Educational Television last month about the Mack!

As you can see, a lot of the initial work was demo. They removed the old floor and had to do a ton of work to get the water and sewer lines updated and functional. Most of the work since then has been masonry. An incredible amount of vegetation was removed from the back and exploratory work was done on the brick walls. Results have been all positive so far! This means that our cheapest option is most likely, which is repair and spot replacement of exterior brick. In other words, it's looking like we'll be able to upgrade to getting the roof entirely replaced rather than repaired. Work has been slower going over the last 6 weeks as we switched from being in a drought to regular torrential rains. More to come soon!
